Who we are
Phoenix 76 is a group of technology leadership professionals dedicated to fostering the rise of underrepresented excellence in technology across the country and the world.
Our goal is to provide access to mentors on demand for fixed intervals of time.
Organizations focused on continuous education, raising awareness and increasing the number of underrepresented technology professionals may utilize our mentors within the guidelines of our program structure.

A profile for each mentor can be found here.
Organizations are required to pair potential mentees to appropriate mentors.
Once paired, organizations can access the Phoenix 76 site to direct potential mentees to register and schedule an initial introductory session with their paired mentor.
During the first session, the mentor and mentee will enter into an agreement setting meeting frequency, start and end period of the mentoring relationship for eight months, 1 hour per month.
